Coco’s Cookies is a brand new locally owned bakery in the north ward of Orillia, just minutes from downtown. We specialize in traditional baked goods – with a twist. We use high-quality ingredients (sourced locally whenever possible), paying attention to the smallest details. We specialize in cookies, squares, biscuits, buns and much more. Every batch is made with love, right here in Orillia!

Everything we bake is nut-free! We currently offer 1-2 gluten-free options per day, and do not offer vegan, keto or diabetic options at this time.

Nicole 'Coco' Hepinstall

My name is Nicole, aka ‘Coco’. For as long as I can remember, I have loved to bake. My grandmother was well known for her cookies and baking, and we spent many days in the kitchen together when I was young. She taught me her tips and tricks in the kitchen, and I’ve carried these throughout my life. What started out as a hobby turned into a side business, and snowballed into my new adventure – Coco’s Cookies. I specialize in cookies and bars but love to bake everything, from biscuits to cupcakes, and more. Everything I make is made from scratch,  with love. I can’t wait to share my passion with our beautiful community.

In addition to our daily and seasonal specials, we specialize in cookies, squares, biscuits, buns or whatever else you’re craving! Unfortunately we do not make cakes and cupcakes.
